Presentations and Posters
How to participate?
To participate as a speaker at the IGSM, all guidelines must be followed to ensure consistency and quality of content. There are two ways to participate, either by giving a 15-minute presentation or by presenting a poster.
The topic of the presentation or poster is free as long as it deals with one of the branches of our engineering.
Both presentations and posters with several authors are accepted.
All presentations and posters are entered into the competition, with the exception of the following:
1- The organising team.
2- Those people who declare that they do not wish to participate in the competition.
There will be one winner in each category.
Instructions for presentations:
The provided presentation template must be used.
A program with the order of presentations will be sent before the event.
A panel of judges will evaluate the presentations and select the winning one.
Instructions for posters:
The provided poster template must be used.
Posters should be in A2 format.
The winning poster will be chosen by all participants of the event.
